Hello WOPC Families!
We have had a very successful summer season here at our Centre! Our summer staff students proved to be a tremendous help in assisting with the clean up of our Centre and provide lots of attention to the little ones in our facility. We have been so lucky to be able to access such a wonderful program provided by Service Canada, with the support of our wonderful Member of Parliament, Pam Damoff, who represents the riding of Oakville North- Burlington in the House of Commons Canada. Pam was able to visit our Centre last month to observe the benefits of this wonderful program!
In a very few short weeks, we will be seeing our Senior Preschool Students head off to their next adventure in Kindergarten! We have had the honour and privilege of having some of these children in our care since they were infants! We wish them all the very best in their future endeavours and we look forward to all the new children starting at WOPC in September!
Our playground gardens turned out to be a huge success and the children were able to reap the benefits of it by eating the fruit and vegetables it produced! We look forward to doing it all again next year! Thank you to everyone who made donations for these beautiful gardens. We couldn’t have done it without you!
